Westport Winery's next culinary class, Destination Frankfurt Germany. This five reciepe culinary tour will feature an appetizer of Franfurt's famous Grune SoBe or green sauce served with Laugenbrezel, real German soft pretzels, paired with Westport Winery's Ancient Mariner's pear Riesling wine. instructions on how to make your own homemade sauerkraut will follow with a sampling of sauerkraut salad paired with Captain Grays Gewurztraminer.
