Event Description
This five recipe culinary tour will feature an appetizer of Frankfurt's famous Grune SoBe or green sauce served with Laugenbrezel, real German soft pretzels, paired with Westport Winery's Ancient Mariner's pear Riesling wine. Instructions on how to make your own homemade sauerkraut will fallow with a sampling of saurkraut salsd paired with Captain Grays Gewurztraminer. The soup of the day is Mehlsuppe or flour soup, considered the hallmark recipe of Germany's Karnival, paired with Skookumchuck.
