A community celebration held on Broadway in Historic Downtown kicking off the weekend with a gathering\, music and early cruise in for the Midnight Cruizers. Saturday's event on the 25th will come together on Broadway and I St. in Aberdeen from 10am to 4pm with the vendors lining both sides of the medium on Broadway and artists lining the streets and alley ways. We will have food\, craft\, commercial\, and art vendors offering a wide variety of wares for purchase. The alley between I Street and Broadway will be home to our Artist Avenue. Showcasing Artists on the Broadway end and on the I Street end of the alley will be Percussion Alley and the Kid's Creative Corner. We'd like to offer our youth with the ability to explore their creative side. Vendor applications are still being accepted. Contact Kathi Prieto at kathiprieto@gmail.com to request an application. The Midnight Cruzers will be showing off all their amazing hot rods from 9am to 3pm. The streets with be filled with Art and the air filled with music. There will be the main stage featuring different musicians that will play throughout the day. A variety of music to fill your senses through parts of downtown. Saturday night is a street dance will cap off a busy day. A family friendly event for everyone. There will be a Late Cruize in for orphan car owners who'd like to show off their cars but don't belong to an organized car group. Bring down that vehicle you've been working on for all those years and show it off. Sunday?s event is a 5K Art Attack run. A physical activity to work off all that good food you ate at our vendors on Saturday.
