DESCRIPTION:Keep composting all winter indoors! Learn about best practices for worm composting from Chris Koehler of the Washington State University Extension Faculty. In this hands-on workshop\, participants will learn about feeding\, housing and caring for red wigglers and will be able to examine living compost through a microscope. Educational literature will be provided and participants will go home with a working mini worm bin\, as long as supplies last. Participants are encouraged to bring gardening gloves. All other materials will be provided.
