DESCRIPTION:Rated PG\n\nBuddy (Will Ferrell) is the ultimate fish out of water. He crawled into Santa's toy sack as a baby\, was whisked off to the North Pole\, and raised as an elf.\n\nBuddy doesn't exactly fit in.\n\nWhen he grows to be three times the size of his elf family\, Buddy suddenly discovers he's not only not an elf\, but he has a different father\, too. So he heads to his birthplace of New York City to find his roots and the family he's never known. They turn out to be a Scrooge-like father (James Caan) and a cynical eight-year-old stepbrother who doesn't believe in Santa.\n\nEven worse\, everyone seems to have forgotten the true meaning of Christmas. \n\nBut that doesn't stop Buddy from fully embracing his new dad   and experiencing New York City and human culture as only an elf can.
