DJ Spody will be playing Halloween music and entertaining your little goblins. The Elma Chamber will be firing up the grill and giving away free BBQ hamburgers and hotdogs\, "while supplies last." There will be a photo booth to capture those frightful memories. Don't forget the Michael Jackson Thriller flash mob at 5pm located in front of the Elma Chamber.\n\nAll are welcome to join!!! REMINDER: Main Street from 2nd-4th will be shut down for your safety! Costume Contest *Scary *Realisitc *Unique Face Mask Contest *Most Creative *Most Sparkles *Best Halloween Themed
