SUMMARY:Hearts Over Hoquiam
DESCRIPTION:The event runs from Saturday\, February 9th to Thursday\, February 14th. We will place one-of-a-kind hearts in each participating business\; participating shoppers will seek them out in your location. This is a great opportunity to promote Hoquiam and HBA Member Businesses through social media and we hope you will participate! All you need to do is place a heart at your business location for visitors to hunt for during the event.\n\n\n\nWith the help of the Harbor Art Guild\, we have collected 20 large wooden hearts\, each uniquely painted by a local artist. we will place hearts in participating businesses in Hoquiam and invite visitors to hunt for the hearts using their cameras and camera phones. Photos will be posted to our Facebook page or posted Twitter and Instagram with the hashtag #heartsoverhoquiam. A Take Your Honey to Hoquiam prize will be given out by random drawing from those who submit photos.\n\n\n\nThe hearts can be hung\, set on a shelf\, or placed in the ground with a stake. They may be somewhat hidden or hung in clear view. Have fun with it! We want to create a memorable experience for those who would like to participate.\n\n\n\nYou can also help us promote this event by sharing it with your customers and Facebook page friends and fans. We will also be delivering advertising posters for display this week.
