DESCRIPTION:The Washington State Department of Transportation and local partners are considering the best path forward for removing and replacing the US 12 Heron Street Bridge which is reaching the end of its useful life. Community input is needed on the range of alternatives for a new crossing over the Wishkah River. A drop-in style open house at the Rotary Log Pavilion from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM on March 20 will highlight the proposed alternatives and provide an opportunity for the community to provide input. No formal presentation will be given\, however region planners will be on hand to explain the bridge alternatives\, answer any questions and take feedback.\n\n\n\nPublic comment may also be provided through an online survey that is available through 11:59 p.m. Friday\, April 12.
