DESCRIPTION:Grays Harbor College is offering a two day Intro to Gluten Living class on July 15 and 17 and again on July 29 and 31 from 2:00-3:50 pm.  The class will be held on the main campus in room 2255. The cost is only $35.00.                                                                                                                                                                             In this course students will receive economical and practical advice for transitioning to gluten free foods. Cultural\, historical\, and medical concerns will be addressed along with an in-depth discussion of what "gluten" is\, why celiac disease is on the rise\, and how one can still live a full life and live gluten free.
