In order to properly prepare the seating arrangement at the Log Pavilion and give a headcount to the caterer\, registrations must close early. \n\nJoin Greater Grays Harbor\, Inc. for our October Business Forum Lunch!\n\nThis month's forum will focus on the real estate landscape across Grays Harbor County\, featuring insights from local experts and community leaders.\n\nWe'll begin with Georgia Miller\, District 1 Grays Harbor County Commissioner\, who will share key takeaways from the county's recent Housing Summit held in late August. This Summit brought together 60 attendees including elected officials\, community leaders\, educators\, builders\, engineers\, real estate professionals and city\, county and state staff to brainstorm solutions to the local housing crisis.\n\nFollowing her updates\, enjoy a panel discussion featuring:\n\n\n	\n	Eric Bjella\, NeighborWorks: Providing a view into how NeighborWorks provides safe\, affordable\, and sustainable housing through homebuyer education and 1st mortgage financing for income qualified residents in Grays Harbor as well as community programs.\n	\n	\n	Larry Burgher\, Empire Home Loans Inc.: Local mortgage broker sharing lending perspectives and financing trends.\n	\n	Jill Warne\, CENTURY 21 Real Estate Center\, East County Home Group & David Quigg\, Quigg & Co Real Estate: Realtors offering on-the-ground insights into current housing trends and buyer/seller activity.\n	 Charlee Paull\, US Bank Mortgage Loan Originator: A licensed professional providing insight into loan opportunities based on varying financial situations\, credits and goals. \n\n\nA catered lunch from Kit's Catering Kitchen is included with registration.
