Bailey wrote this steamy romance set in Westport during the pandemic. She then released the sequel Hook\, Line\, and Sinker at the winery in 2022.\n\nWestport\, Washington\, jokingly known as a "drinking town with a fishing problem" is the setting for both books. Each story highlights the unique interaction and connection between local crab fishermen and out-of-town young women learning to fit into the tiny coastal community.\n\nFans flew in from around the nation to meet the author during her first visit to Westport. Bailey is looking forward to meeting more of her dedicated readers during this personal and special event since this is a town she has come to know and love with its unique blend of commercial fishing and beach tourism.\n\nThe ticket price of $48 includes a pre-signed Collector's Edition Hardcover of It Happened One Summer. LOCATION:Westport Winery Garden Resort is located halfway between Westport and Aberdeen on the Washington Coast at 1 South Arbor Road\, Aberdeen\, WA 98520\, which is about two hours from Sea-Tac Airport in Seattle.
