Upon completion next spring\, it will educate visitors about ocean ecology immersed in mermaid mythology\, according to founder Kim Roberts.\n\n\n\nDuring Saturday's event\, Una the Mermaid will greet visitors from her 900-gallon freshwater tank.\n\nAll attendees on Saturday will be required to wear masks and observe social distancing protocol during the outdoor festivities.
