Leadership Grays Harbor Class of 2017 Fundraiser Silent Auction and Dinner to Benefit the Museum of the North Beach For Immediate Release: Nancee Long Director, Marketing and PR Grays Harbor Community Hospital 360-537-5136 [email protected] Dinner and Auction to Benefit the Museum of the North Beach (Aberdeen, WA, April 3, 2017) - The Leadership Grays Harbor Class of 2017 proudly invites you to a fundraising dinner and auction on Sunday, April 23rd from 4:00-6:00 PM at the Quinault Community Center. All proceeds of the event will benefit the Museum of the North Beach in Moclips. In addition to an “Excellent” TripAdvisor rating and over one million views to its website, www.moclips.org, the Museum of the North Beach has amassed a comprehensive collection of local artifacts, photographs and archives. As a result of the community’s support, the collection has outgrown its current location and has inspired a vision for the Museum’s future: to rebuild a replica of the Northern Pacific Railway Depot to house the Museum. The Museum of the North Beach is owned and operated by Moclips-by-the-Sea Historical Society, a non-profit Washington State corporation. For the past 16 years, the Historical Society has worked to preserve local history—from the controversy of the missing ‘e’ in ‘Oyhut’ to the completion of the Northern Pacific Railway in Moclips. For more information on the Museum of the North Beach or to become a member of the Moclips-by-the-Sea Historical Society, please visit www.moclips.org. All membership dues and donations are tax deductible. The Leadership Grays Harbor class of 2017 is comprised of employees from businesses throughout Grays Harbor County. The Class unanimously selected the Museum of the North Beach as a sustainable service project for 2017. Tickets for the fundraising dinner and auction are $20.00 per person and can be purchased at the Museum of the North Beach or by calling Nancee Long @ 360-537-5136 or email [email protected] . Space is limited to 150.
