We are Elma's Premier Barbershop. Our Master Barbers specialize in men's classic cuts to today's new hot trends, ending every cut with a straight razor neck shave, shampoo and hot towels. The Refined Man was started in 2015 in Nashville, Tennessee. The vision was to establish a barbershop with an upscale feel and unique vibe. Something different than your ''basic'' barbershop. A trend was set, and clients enjoyed the “experience”. Then in 2016, it relocated to Olympia into a one room shop. As it grew, again, a new location was found, and an additional barber joined the vision. Soon more space was needed, and the complete vision became a real reality as it found its home. The focus of the shop is to give every client that walks through its door the “ultimate barbershop experience”.
