To start:  You will be served fresh field greens tossed with crisp apples, craisins, & candied walnuts and topped with a Dijon mustard vinaigrette and gorgonzola.

For dinner:   You will be served Eye of Ribeye baked to perfection and topped with a crab stuffed lobster tail and bearnaise sauce.  Served alongside Yukon gold potato puree with creme fraiche and a green bean bundle.

For dessert:  You will be served Quinault Signature Black & White Cheesecake
