Twilight on the Harbor: Shining a Light on Business Success

Greater Grays Harbor, Inc.'s (GGHI) most exciting event returns on Friday, May 15th! The Leader's Banquet & Business Recognition Awards is GGHI's annual opportunity to celebrate business success in Grays Harbor. This ticketed event includes a gourmet dinner buffet, no-host bar, live auction, Business Recognition Award presentation, and of course, our signature Table Decorating Contest!

• Dinner:
  • Enjoy top-notch catering by the Quinault Beach Resort & Casino team featuring marinated chargrilled tri tip, BBQ glazed chicken thighs, ranch style beans, seasonal vegetables, a baked potato bar with all the fixin's, dinner rolls, and green salad, and dessert. Premium Caffé D’arte regular and decaffeinated coffee and assorted teas are available.
• No-Host Bar:
  • Cheers to the winners of the 2026 Business Recognition Awards with a signature cocktail!
• Live Auction: 
  • ​Bid on your chance to take home fabulous prizes and overnight stays from around Grays Harbor and Washington State! Stay tuned to the GGHI Facebook page for previews of available auction items. 
  • Funds raised through the auction directly support GGHI's mission to build and strengthen business and industry for a prosperous community. Proceeds help GGHI implement initiatives that maintain, expand, and create economic opportunities throughout Grays Harbor. Your support of this event invests right back into cultivating the conditions necessary for business success and community prosperity across Grays Harbor.
• 2026 Business Recognition Awards: 
  • The top four nominees per category will be recognized all evening long before the winner, who was voted upon by the GGHI Membership, is unveiled to the crowd.
  • Award categories include: Small Business of the Year, Large Business of the Year, New Business of the Year, Non-Profit of the Year, Government/Municipality of the Year, GGHI Ambassador of the Year and GGHI Member of the Year. All award winners are member of GGHI.
• ​​Table Decorating Contest:
  • ​Businesses who purchase a full table have the exclusive opportunity to pull out all the stops while decorating their table in accordance with theme of 'Twilight on the Harbor'. 
    • The recommended color palette and décor elements include rich dark blues, greys, and blacks accented with gold and silver, along with twinkling lights, battery-powered candles, star details, and other twilight-inspired touches.
