Art Reception 30 June at Caffe Amici in Ocean Shores Steve and Renata Andrews are pleased to announce that they are hosting a show opening reception for Olympia artist Ms. Dolly Meymand on Friday, 30 June from 6 pm to 8 pm, 749 Point Brown Blvd NW, Ocean Shores. Ms. Meymand is the café's featured artist July through 15 August. The public is invited to attend the reception and meet Ms. Meymand. Ms. Dolly Meymand is an award winning artist and teacher who works primarily with pastels. She will be showing paintings from her stunning ''zebra women'' series as well as Northwest landscapes. Dolly won two awards during the recent Associated Arts of Ocean Shores Juried Show in April. About her work, Dolly says she is passionate about art, color, beauty, children and life. She paints archetypal, idyllic figures that invite us to step into a place of light, magic, symbolism and myth to experience the ordinary in an extraordinary way.
