Hoquiam resident Marjorie Barton will speak about her book, "Leaning on a Legacy: the WPA in Oklahoma," as well as her ongoing research into the history of the Works Progress Administration in Washington and the nation. The book was published by the Oklahoma Heritage Association as part of its Oklahoma Horizons series.
