Bill is a retired composite and forensic police officer. In 1987, Bill began to work with pen and ink, producing various studies of different sports celebrities, law enforcement, wildlife, etc. Using a layered marble stippling effect, Bill?s work is fast becoming popular throughout the Northwest. Bill work has taken first place and viewer?s choice in juried art shows and other venues.
