WSU Extension and the WSU Learning Center are offering Leadership Advancement Training. The workshops will be held at the Microtel Inn & Suites Conferenece Center in Elma from 9:00 a.m.  until 4:00 p.m. Each workshop has a registration fee of $50.00. The fee includes all training materials and lunch. BOUNDARIES MANAGEMENT AND STRESS MANAGEMENT

Workshops  Objectives:  Identify four general types of boundaries, understand protecting your boundaries, be able to identify the indicators that suggest a need for a boundary, indentify lifestyle choices that may increase vulnerability to stree, learn the difference between stressors and stress response, and learn simple techniques for reducing stress responses.
