One of the Satsop Business Park's newest tenants, Fuller Hill Development Co., will be the topic for February's Business Forum Lunch. The Satsop Business Park’s 50,000 sq. ft. Enterprise Warehouse will soon be home to this world-class, indoor cannabis cultivation facility.

Our guest speaker, Jerry Derevyanny, started his career as a litigator in New York City, and is now the general counsel of Global Real Estate Properties, a developer of turnkey cannabis growing operations. In addition, Mr. Derevyanny also advises Northwest Cannabis Solutions LLC, the largest Washington cannabis grower/processor, other cannabis businesses, and is a board member of the Washington CannaBusiness Association (WACA). Mr. Derevyanny will be giving an overview of the 502 industry in WA State as well as discussing the plans for operation at the Satsop Business Park.
