Description
Coast Trio
In residence at Grays Harbor College in Aberdeen, Washington, the Coast Trio specializes in repertoire for violin, viola and cello. Because of the versatility of their instruments they are able to perform a wide variety of music featuring everything from the classics of Corelli, Handel, Beethoven and Mozart, to tangos, movie music, Elvis and Taylor Swift. Recent concerts have included a live performance at the Bishop Center for the Performing Arts with the Grays Harbor Symphony, the annual Music Teachers Scholarship Concert, performances on the tall ship, Lady Washington and the Lawn Concert series at the Presbyterian Church in Aberdeen. A generous grant from the Grays Harbor Foundation has enabled the Coast Trio to develop a student outreach program and perform over 60 concerts in Grays Harbor and Pacific County schools.Tickets are $20 and are available at https://www.tickettailor.com/events/mcclearyhistoricalsociety/1369609
