To celebrate Conflict Resolution Day, the DRC will be having an in-person workshop from 10 am to noon at Events on Emerson and we would love for you to join us! We will explore: What is Conflict Resolution? What are the benefits of Conflict Resolution? Overview of the conflict styles: Thomas-Kilmman Model Two powerful Conflict Resolution tools: mindfulness and neuroscience (how our brains work in conflict) Conflict Resolution Pledge Coffee and light snacks will be provided.
