Dark and Stormy Nights Film Festival is a nonprofit horror short film festival debuting in Ocean Shores this year! Featuring independent films, visiting filmmakers, and a city-wide celebration, the festival includes screenings alongside multiple co-activities happening throughout town, inviting the community to experience bold, eerie storytelling on the coast.
