Together, we’ll dive into our "First Aid Kit" to equip you with strategies for navigating the emotional challenges that often come up during election-related discussions. - Local library experts will explain how algorithms shape information and will teach on how your library can empower you with resources to stay informed and engaged - Dr. Bre will provide strategies for managing emotional stress in divisive discussions - Astrid from the DRC will teach practical techniques for handling interpersonal conflict.
