Description

Veterans Memorial Ceremony will begin (11th day/11th month/11th hour)
located at Elma Veteran's Memorial Park, east side of the viaduct.

Parade will begin at 1 pm. Three prizes for parade entries will be awarded for: 
Best Patriotic- $100
Judges Choice-$50
Most Creative-$25
