Made possible through the generous funding of The Grays Harbor Community Foundation, this event presents an exceptional opportunity for businesses to connect with enthusiastic local youth from North Beach High School who are eager to embark on their professional journey.

- Small-scale Youth Hiring event with the North Beach School District
- Business training sessions provide insights on hiring youth and young adults.
- Free marketing tips to elevate your business visibility.
- Q&A during lunch time for our guest speakers.
- Current confirmed speakers include: AJAC: Advanced Manufacturing Apprenticeships, representatives from Grays Harbor Youth Works, Randy Costello with PNW Web Designs, and Gina Cooper with Oyhut Bay Seaside Village.

Who Should Attend: Small businesses and entrepreneurs located anywhere in Grays Harbor, as well as those interested in hiring youth.
Cost: FREE admission for all attendees.
