Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. (GGHI) will host a special Business Forum Lunch on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026, from 11:30am to 1pm at the Rotary Log Pavilion in Aberdeen.

From 11am to 11:30am, attendees are encouraged to arrive early for 30 minutes of networking with fellow business leaders, community members, and presenters before the luncheon begins.

The luncheon will feature a roundtable discussion with City Administrators from across Grays Harbor County, offering attendees a unique opportunity to hear directly from the leaders helping shape the future of our local communities. Speakers will provide important updates on current priorities, projects, challenges, and opportunities impacting businesses and residents throughout the county.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to submit questions directly to the speakers, making this an interactive conversation designed to provide valuable insight into what is happening across Grays Harbor. Whether you own a business, lead an organization, work in the community, or simply want to stay informed, this forum is a valuable opportunity to better understand the decisions and developments affecting our local economy and quality of life.

• Mayor Tyler Trimble (presenting in place of Gretchen Sagen), City of Montesano

​All guests are required to pre-register for this event. There will be no options to pay at the door and walk-ins will not be allowed. To register, click the green 'Register' button on this page and follow the prompts. A catered lunch is included in the registration fee.

Cancellations/Substitutions: If you register for the event but are unable to attend, Greater Grays Harbor is still responsible for the cost of your luncheon/event reservation. If unable to attend, substitutions are welcome any time prior to the event date. Registrants are responsible for the full event fee for any cancellation made after 5pm, seven days prior to the event. Registration fees will not be refunded or waived after that date. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.
