Thr National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) is a non-profit lineage-based service organization. Membership is open for any women who can document direct descent from a man or woman involved in the struggle for independence. NSDAR, state and local chapters promote historic preservation, education and patriotism.
