Haunted Hoquiam

Description

This year will be the third annual Hoquiam Trick-or-Treat.  This year we are doing something new: every business participant is required to purchase and display a pumpkin to let trick-or-treaters know they are participating but also businesses participating are up for a chance to win the optional pumpkin decorating contest.  Customers and trick-or-treaters will vote for their favorite pumpkin by placing a quarter (or more if they choose) into a receptacle provided by the Hoquiam Business Association (HBA).  The pumpkin that earns the most will win the People's Choice Award.  All proceeds will go to the HBA so they can continue to foster business development in Hoquiam.
