Harbor Regional Health Community Hospital and Our Aberdeen are thrilled to unveil a captivating new juried art exhibit, showcasing the remarkable talents of local area artists, at the esteemed Healing Gallery. This exceptional exhibition will be open for public enjoyment from September 1, 2023, through March 2024.  

Renowned for its commitment to presenting art of the highest caliber, the Healing Gallery has established a reputation for curating artwork with unparalleled professionalism. To inaugurate this inspiring exhibition, an exclusive opening reception with the featured artist will be held on September 15, 2023, from 6 to 8 p.m. This event promises to be a delightful evening of art appreciation and cultural enrichment. 

A carefully curated selection of 42 exquisite artworks by 17 accomplished area artists forms the heart of this exhibition. Guiding the curation process with finesse is Healing Gallery Director, Jan Swan, whose expertise ensures a harmonious blend of creativity and expression. The roster of exhibiting artists includes respected artists Marshelle Backes, Kristi Beitzel, Paula Belcher, Laveta Bowen, Rosemary Chapman, Carole Cohen, Rich Coughlin, Nancy Farrar-Coughlin, Anthony Greco, Carrie Larson, Mariko Maita, Yoko Minkler, Rich O’Donnell, Ed Schroll, Ken Slaughter, Loni Lou LaQuill-Stoelting, and Rick Woods.
