Description
The On Track Art Festival hosts Artists from all over the region who set up on Levee and 8th to show and sell their creations. Artists range from paintings, jewelry, hand blown glass, wood working, stained glass and much more. All items are hand created - no commercial products are allowed. Musical entertainment all day on the 8th Street landing. Artists interested in participating can download a registration form at www.cityofhoquiam.com
