Description

Savor Seabrook returns May 14–15, 2027, for a weekend of wine, food, and coastal hospitality hosted by Seabrook and The Stowaway Wine Bar. Sip, taste, explore, and linger throughout town as regional wineries, thoughtful food pairings, chef-driven bites, and inviting gathering spaces come together for one of Seabrook’s signature spring events.

Friday: Winemaker Welcome at Stowaway

Kick off the weekend Friday evening with the Winemaker Welcome at Stowaway, an intimate VIP experience offering the chance to meet participating winemakers, enjoy premium pours, and ease into the festival weekend in a relaxed setting.

Saturday: A Town-Wide Tasting Experience

On Saturday, Savor Seabrook unfolds throughout town with winery stations, curated food pairings, chef-driven food options, live entertainment, and plenty of places to settle in between pours.

Grab your festival map and tasting guide, then make your way through participating winery stations at your own pace. Discover new producers, revisit favorite Washington wines, meet winery representatives, and enjoy a day of sipping and strolling through Seabrook.

This year, an expanded culinary lineup brings even more flavor to the festival, with substantial bites, food vendors, and additional pairing opportunities available throughout the day. Expanded lounge areas will also offer more comfortable places to sit, gather with friends, and linger over a favorite pour.

Explore the Savor Pairing Table

See how a bite can transform a sip at the Savor Pairing Table, a complimentary tasting experience designed around the way different flavors and textures interact with wine.

Sample small bites across a range of flavor profiles, from bright and pickled to creamy and mild, smoky and savory, sweet and fruit-forward, salty and rich, and dark and bitter. Taste, compare, and discover how each pairing can bring something new out of the wine in your glass.

Elevate Your Weekend with the VIP Experience

VIP guests can begin Savor Seabrook a night early at Friday’s Winemaker Welcome at Stowaway, along with access to special features during Saturday’s festival.

Additional VIP experiences and ticket details will be announced as the festival approaches.
