The annual Beachside Author Series returns to Seabrook this Winter! Join us for literary weekends, January through June, featuring best-selling and award-winning authors of all genres. Experience author meet-and-greets, readings, book signings, writing workshops, and more. Join us on Saturday, January 11 as we welcome Becky Selengut – Seattle-based chef, instructor, speaker, podcaster, and author. Her writings include Misunderstood Vegetables, How to Taste: The Curious Cook’s Handbook to Seasoning and Balance, from Umami to Acid and Beyond, Shroom: Mind-Bendingly Good Recipes for Cultivated and Wild Mushrooms, Good Fish (a sustainable seafood cookbook), and co-author of the humor and travel memoir Not One Shrine: Two Food Writers Devour Tokyo.
