Begin the new year with the Beach Retreat Wellness Series at Town Hall, hosted by Seabrook and Spa Elizabeth on Fridays and Saturdays throughout January 2027 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Designed to help you reset at your own pace, this two-day wellness experience combines movement, nourishment, rest, and restoration in a welcoming coastal setting. Guests may attend a single day or enjoy the full two-day reset experience.

Move + Nourish | Fridays: January 8, 15, 22 & 29

Move + Nourish invites guests into gentle movement, practical nutrition, and body-centered care. The day begins with an aromatherapy welcome ritual from Spa Elizabeth, followed by accessible yoga and a nutrition-focused cooking class. Guests will close the experience at the Adaptogen Tea Bar with calming, restorative blends designed to support winter wellness. 

Restore + Receive | Saturdays: January 9, 16, 23 & 30

Restore + Receive offers a slower, deeply restorative experience focused on rest, recovery, and nervous system support. Guests will begin again with Spa Elizabeth’s aromatherapy welcome ritual before moving into breathwork, a restorative sound bath, acupuncture-inspired support, and Spa Elizabeth reset treatments for the neck, shoulders, and scalp. The experience concludes with the Adaptogen Tea Bar and a quiet moment to integrate the weekend.
