SUPERHERO MUSIC FEST A Charity Benefit Concert Series Sponsored by Double Barrel BBQ Vendor Schedule - July 19th – 12 pm – 8 pm / July 20th – 10 am to 6 pm / July 21st – 10 am to 3 pm Two Stages set up – one indoors and one outdoors Two Beer Gardens – one indoors and one outdoors – all proceeds benefit CPOC Clean Water Project 700 tickets being sold for Heart by Heart with $5 from each ticket being donated with every 100 block of tickets sold! Every 100 tickets sold = $500 is donated to each of the following 7 charities: Ocean Shores Food Bank, Grays Harbor Youth Athletics, PAWS Ocean Shores, Friends of the Library Ocean Shores, North Beach Children & Family Care Alliance Ocean Shores, Connections in Montesano and The Garage: Music and Art Center in Aberdeen Superheroes are coming to town from the non-profit volunteers Costumed Characters 4 Causes – from the greater western Washington area & a few of our locals. We ask business owners for $50 or $100 to have a Superhero visit them for 30-60 minute photo opts! This raises $$ for their charity known as Camp Good Times – a camp for kids with cancer. There’s a Superhero Parade – Saturday – 11 am! EVERYONE IS ENCOURAGED TO DRESS UP!! We have a large tent (maybe a few tents) that will be set up in Convention Center parking lot – this is our KIDS ZONE! Lots of games, prizes, crafts and activities for the kiddies to enjoy! We are also selling $5 tickets (includes price of admission for all the indoor bands up until 5 pm on Saturday). Doors will close and reopen at 6 pm – with a beer garden and entertainment provided by Unexpected Soul – the warm up to Heart by Heart! Proceeds from these tickets help with all the food costs provided by Double Barrel BBQ & Grub to feed all our special guests! Two original band members from HEART – Steve Fossen and Michael Derosier – Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Inductees 2013 – will be performing in this 5 piece band. This is NOT a Heart Tribute Band but are the legendary music of Heart! KOSW – 91.3 FM – our Ocean Shores city owned all volunteer radio station will be playing music all day and night in between performers! Total of 5 bands indoors/ 5 solo-performers outdoors – and entertaining music DJ’s – Vendors - Food Trucks EVENT PROMOTER: DOUBLE BARREL BBQ & GRUB! Special thanks to Rick with AT THE BEACH RENTALS for providing a beautiful home for our Superheroes! And the GREY GULL RESORT & CANTERBURY INN - Ocean Shores - for fabulous hotel rooms for Heart by Heart!
