Surviving the Four Generations in Tod...
Description
Express wants to thank you for the opportunity you have given us to place over 508 people in temporary and permanent positions in Grays Harbor these last 12 months! As a token of our appreciation, we would like to treat you to breakfast and a presentation from a nationally-recognized speaker on leadership and workforce management, Jack Smalley.
Following a continental breakfast, Jack will present “Surviving the Four Generations in Today’s Workplace.” This two-hour program will discuss the myths and facts of each generation, the four steps required to prepare your workforce to become multi-generational and the five commandments of generationally friendly employers of choice.
