Local brewers Jon and Stefanie Bennett of Steam Donkey Brewery will show and tell about the equipment and ingredients used in craft beer brewing. They will cover the basics of the process and offer insight into the different style characteristics of brews. Bring your questions about how to get started and improve your home brews.
