With NO more funding from the State.
"Enterprise, Community Non-profit or Public Conservation Asset?"
Public information and involvement meetings are scheduled throughout Washington in May and June. At these meetings, parks representatives will be presenting the "state of state parks" and asking for public comments about three “thematic alternative” approaches for the future. Each of the "themes" will be explored by using a local park as an example. All participants at each meeting will have an opportunity to discuss the themes and share their ideas.
