I have spent the past fifty years working in Grays Harbor in the timber and heavy construction industry. I remain part owner and managing partner of three properties located in the City of Aberdeen. First, is the Aberdeen Highlands subdivision located in the northwest corner of the city. There are still lots available for residential purchase. In addition,105 acres of vacant land located north Basich Boulevard is available for subdividing. Second, sixty acres in South Aberdeen located in the southeast corner of the city bordered by Cosmopolis. This property is currently zoned for residential and light industrial. Finally, the third property is a commercial building located on a corner lot of the State Highway on the western edge of downtown Aberdeen that occupies a 20,000 square foot building with adjacent parking lot. This building is currently being leased.
