About Us

Mark has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management where his primary focus was finance. He has a broad range of insurance experience with State Farm ranging from property damage to fatality claims.

Jennifer, the office manager and Marks wife, has a Masters Degree in Human Resources. Both Mark and Jennifer had the opportunity to service customers in difficult times while working as State Farm field claims representatives.

Salina was born and raised in Aberdeen and is a graduate of Aberdeen High Class of 2005. Having worked in a wide variety of customer service jobs has helped Salina develop a passion for helping people. Salina is our financial service specialist.

Jack grew up in the small town of Pullman Washington where he gathered a multitude of experiences in a multi-cultural community. These experiences gave Jack a drive to help people in all walks of life. He is proud to now call Grays Harbor his home. Jack is licensed in all types of insurance as well as State Farm financial products.
