Event Description:
Join the Friends of Schafer and Lake Sylvia (FOSLS) for their annual Yule Log hunt and holiday sing-along at Schafer State Park near Elma. If a glimpse into a simpler, more old-fashioned kind of family holiday sparks your interest, 'yule' love this fun event. Things start off with the kids hunting for the hidden yule log and then dragging it back to the park’s bonfire area to chop up with an ax (adult supervised, of course) and putting it in the fire. Enjoy great food and singing afterwards.
