Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin and Dolly Parton had fun at work delivering loads of laughs as the suffering assistants who outsmart their “sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot” of a boss, Dabney Coleman. Parton made her big screen debut in this 1980 comedy and wrote and performed the hit title song, which won two Grammy Awards.
