You don’t have to be Mary Poppins to enjoy a fun Umbrella Festival.

Join us on Saturday, March 23 as we welcome spring and its temperamental weather with our Boots 'N Brellas Festival. 

The festivities will begin at 10am with our Umbrella Parade. Breakout your best bumbershoot as parade officials will be awarding prizes for the most creative umbrella. 

The festivities continue throughout Seabrook with a roving circus, jugglers, performers, and fire-eaters. 

Stroll over to Front Street where you can enjoy cookies, popcorn, cocoa, a candy buffet, and craft vendors selling various goods.

Stop by Meriweather Square and build your own sandcastle with Eric Hawley, professional sandscultptor. 

On this day, join us to honor one of the world’s most useful inventions, the umbrella!  Not only does the umbrella help keep you dry from the rain, but it also protects you from the heat of the sun.  Umbrellas can also be used as a fashion accessory.

As Jimmy Fallon once said “I didn’t invent the rain. I just own the best umbrella.”
