Join Greater Grays Harbor, Inc. for our October Business Forum Lunch!
This month’s forum will focus on the real estate landscape across Grays Harbor County, featuring insights from local experts and community leaders.
We’ll begin with Georgia Miller, District 1 Grays Harbor County Commissioner, who will share key takeaways from the county’s recent Housing Summit held in late August. This Summit brought together 60 attendees including elected officials, community leaders, educators, builders, engineers, real estate professionals and city, county and state staff to brainstorm solutions to the local housing crisis.
Following her updates, enjoy a panel discussion featuring:

Eric Bjella, NeighborWorks: Providing a view into how NeighborWorks provides safe, affordable, and sustainable housing through homebuyer education and 1st mortgage financing for income qualified residents in Grays Harbor as well as community programs.

All guests are required to pre-register for this event. There will be no options to pay at the door and walk-ins will not be allowed. To register, click the green 'Register' button on this page and follow the prompts.Cancellations/Substitutions: If you register for the event but are unable to attend, Greater Grays Harbor is still responsible for the cost of your luncheon/event reservation. If unable to attend, substitutions are welcome any time prior to the event date. Registrants are responsible for the full event fee for any cancellation made after 5pm, seven days prior to the event. Registration fees will not be refunded or waived after that date. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.
