Grays Harbor College Carpentry Technology students learned about floor systems this quarter. The class focused on two types of systems: dimensional lumber and engineered I-joist. Students also assembled a demonstration model of a truss system. During the first four weeks of fall quarter, Carpentry students built, deconstructed, and rebuilt each type of floor system.
