• 2025 Recipient of Society of Chemical Manufacturing (SOCMA) Award for EHS&S Leadership in North America
• Our team has gone over 1,400+ days with no Lost Time Incidents (LTI’s) or a Recordable’s
• Process Safety Management (PSM), Recertification complete in Q3 with No Major Findings
• Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) (5) Completed, (1) left 2025 - October
• PHA Action Items – 252 Open Action Items that are now closed out earlier this year. Currently have 15 and currently updated monthly
• EHS Operating Procedures (153) EHS Procedures updated and reviewed
• Emergency Response Plan, completely revamped to match Incident Command Systems (ICS) and our future Large-Scale Drills / Scenarios
• ICS - Q1 and Large-Scale Drill and Tabletop complete, (simulated 38,000-gallon spill of Methanol from derailment of rail car)
• ICS 100-200 Emergency Response Training/Certification. ~20 team members certified, first wave; will rotate new crews to have everyone certified and participate in a large drill and Tabletop exercise
• Various outside agencies participating in large ICS Drill
• 2019 Notice of Violation (NOV) / To Comply—Corrected and complete (2019 Closure Plan), completed Q1 with Department of Ecology acceptance
• No Permit Exceedances—Last one, Dec 2023 over on our threshold for Discharge Monitoring Report requirement. Dept. Of Ecology
• Completion of (7) audits from (WA State and Federal) last year with no major findings or violations
• Hazard Identification Program and recognition established and rolled out 1^st day of Plant Maintenance Turn-Around
• Site Hazardous Waste Operations Formal 24hr Training complete for site leadership complete in December
