Poet, Author, Music Composer and Water Dowser
Award winning poet Rex Valentine grew up in Montesano, Washington in the Wynooche Valley where many of his stories take place. For many years the stories that inspired his poems have entertained his 11 children, 40 grandchildren and (to date) 19 great grandchildren. One by one he has put his true stories into poetry form to share with friends and family.
He is a professional dowser, published author, and a retired realtor who enjoys writing poetry and music.
Rex and his wife Diane live and work on their cattle farm in Elma, Washington.
